5 Signs the Justice System is Hopelessly Corrupt

The entire statist system is beleaguered and reeling from inherent problems and issues that are grossly out of balance with natural order and cosmic law. The justice system is one aspect of the statist system that is especially corrupt. From the bottom-up/top-down from the lowly street cop at the bottom, counting quotas, to the entrenched supreme court judge at the top wielding absolute power (that tends to corrupt absolutely), the justice system has never been more oppressive and overreaching. One has to obsequiously walk on eggshells, staying within rigid lines like a good little statist-pawn/debt-slave/
It’s the height of insanity. And yet here we are, just going through the motions of our blind statism, allowing it all to go down-ignorant, naïve, apathetic, and docile in our myopic allegiance to a system that simply does not work for healthy, reasonable, free human beings. Sadly, that’s the majority of people, unaware of the insanity that surrounds them. But, as Marcus Aurelius advised, “The object of life is not to be on the side of the majority, but to escape finding oneself in the ranks of the insane.”
Here are five reasons why the justice system is corrupt, and how being aware just might help us escape the ranks of the insane.
1. Outdated Laws

Outdated laws almost goes without saying – almost. But since so many people just blindly follow the law, and just assume that they’re all updated and valid, it must be pointed out. All laws are not equal. This especially goes for laws that are not in accordance with natural law and cosmic orders, which most are not. There are so many antiquated laws on the books it’s ridiculous. The misery of it all, is that we still have to follow these idiotic laws, which the state manages to capitalize on at the expense of naïve and unaware citizens. Who decides if laws are outdated? All of us, lest we all fall victim to the tricky cognitive bias-appeal to authority. We must be capable of thinking for ourselves.
The only solution is for all citizens to become self-aware and civically proactive; questioning all laws, especially unjust laws and maybe even strategically challenge those who uphold them – cops, city officials, and judges. All power constructs, especially those that uphold outdated laws, must be challenged by updated knowledge, lest he/she become a pawn to entrenched power, or worse, a slave.
2. Judge, Jury, & Executioner on the Street

This is perhaps the most preposterous of all the reasons. Nobody, and I mean nobody, should have that much power. And yet, we allow cops to run around on the streets with more power than God. It’s authoritarian madness. And I wish I could say it’s an exaggeration, but it’s not, judge, jury, and executioner is the rule for cops these days. The thin blue line reeks of corruption and rotten donuts, and the average citizen just ignorantly meanders along, none the wiser, due, in no small part to television shows like “Cops” that glamorize the gross overreach of power in the hands of law-enforcement, brainwashing people into blind obedience. Couple that with the first reason in this article and we have a huge problem on our hands that looks like it will get worse before it gets better.
The icing on this shit cake is the rise of the militarized cop. Like the cops didn’t have way too much power to begin with. It’s absurd! There’s an ill-trained army in the streets wearing badges backed by a corrupt state, and they are scared shitless of we the people. But when the police enforce outdated laws through fear, using a militarized iron-fist, you know something is extremely wrong with the justice system. It all comes down to power, and the cops simply have way too much of it. Something must be done, and fast. Living in fear under a tyrannical justice system is not a healthy way to live at all.
3. Extortion Rackets

One of the greatest Ponzi schemes in the history of the planet is the one the justice system is playing on us right now. From speeding tickets to for-profit prisons; from bail bonds to over priced jail commissary; from court costs to civil asset forfeiture, the justice system is a money racket par excellence. The problem with this, besides the obvious oppression, is that it makes the poor poorer and the rich richer. The poor have to suffer in jail because they cannot afford bail bonds, while the rich go free with enough money to buy their way into “justice.” Just another example that reveals how we live in an oligarchic plutocracy disguised as a democratic republic. Yet again the height of insanity.
Cops are the front line for this greedy extortion racket. They actually look for reasons to “legally” rob people and ruin people’s lives over petty outdated laws that, in any healthy, reasonable society, would never be enforced. These baby cops, fresh out of diapers, with minimal training wielding more power than God, are enforcing these laws on our streets, chasing quotas and destroying people’s lives over something as innocent as consuming an “illegal” plant, or making a mistake while being pulled over by municipal revenue collectors in blue uniforms. Not to mention the utter failure of the war on drugs.
4. Guilty Until Proven Guilty

We’ve all heard the common cliché, ‘innocent until proven guilty,’ but the way it actually works is guilty until proven innocent, or worse, guilty until proven guilty. This is the height of corruption, because, let’s say an innocent guy gets arrested for something and thrown in jail, and let’s assume he is poor and cannot afford bail. He has to sit in jail for months, his freedom stolen from him, before his case ever goes to trial. And in states like Texas, he would have to sit in jail for months before he ever even got indicted. And a ‘right to a speedy trial’ doesn’t exist. Especially in states like Texas. You see a magistrate within 72 hours, who dictates your charges to you, which is just a loophole the state uses to claim you saw the judge, but who is really nothing more than a front to keep you in jail for up to three months before your case goes to actual court before an actual judge, district attorney, and a court-appointed lawyer paid for (sometimes even paid off) by the state to ‘represent’ you.
It’s all a farce, the epitome of kangaroo court. Because let’s say our guy is sitting in jail for six months, he’s already had two different indictment court appearances, and now he finally gets a trial where a jury of his peers and the judge finds him innocent of all charges. What then? What about that six months of freedom taken from his life? He’s just supposed to call it a wash? Chalk it up to, ‘it’s just the way things are?’ Hell no! It’s not right. It’s not reasonable, logical, or moral, and it definitely isn’t justice. And if that’s ‘the way things are, then things are is corrupt. Bottom line!
5. Locking up Non-Violent Criminals

In today’s day and age, the vast majority of people in jail or prison are there for either carrying or selling marijuana. People’s lives are being ruined for carrying a plant. Let that sink in. Look past your statist conditioning, think past the statist propaganda that has convinced you that marijuana is an evil drug, and wake up to the fact that it is a medicinal, healing, natural plant that has the potential to change the world for the better.
After you’ve wrestled your cognitive dissonance into submission, think a little further. Ask yourself: do people actually deserve to have their freedom stolen from them over a plant, or are we conditioned by the state, through bad laws and the failed war on drugs, to think so. Think about it. And then think a little further…Ask yourself: do people who do not commit violent crimes (like murder, rape, aggravated assault, pedophilia) or crimes that can destroy people’s lives (like grand theft, fraud), really deserve to be in jail, or are we just conditioned by the corrupt state to think so?
As it stands, the vast majority of people locked up are non-violent cases. Mostly marijuana charges, but also such petty charges as not paying child support, traffic tickets, or immigration trafficking charges. All of which are non-violent. All of which are signs that the judicial system is corrupt and working on outdated laws within an antiquated system that simply does not work well for healthy, moral human beings acting with logic, reasoning, compassion, and love.
Here’s an idea: a complete justice system overhaul, starting from the bottom. We begin by giving cops extensive training on how to de-escalate violent situations instead of escalating them with violence. No more judge, jury, and executioner on the street. No more chasing quotas and protecting only the rich. Train them in self-defense and the defense of others only. No more militarized police. No more patrolling the streets looking for crime, that’s tyranny; only defend against violent crime, that’s liberty.
At the end of the day, the current justice system only works for sheep, pawns, puppets, and slaves. It does not work for courageous individuals seeking freedom and liberty from imprisonment and tyranny. Something’s got to give. And it begins with a complete overhaul of the corrupt justice system.
