President Trump Supports an Independent Special Counsel to Investigate Foreign Payments to Biden Family…

Earlier this morning President Trump called-in to Fox News for an interview on several topics. During a part of the interview President Trump draws a comparison between confirmed evidence of Hunter Biden selling influence with false accusations of Donald Trump Jr. selling influence.

President Trump discusses the upcoming debate and outlines his support for an independent special counsel to investigate how payments to Hunter by several foreign governments were constructed as a back-door process to purchase action from Joe Biden.

Supreme Court sides with Trump on 2020 Census shutdown…

Posted by Kane on October 14, 2020

The Supreme Court on Tuesday cleared the way for the Trump administration to end field operations for the 2020 census, halting a lower court decision that had extended the count. The decision came in an unsigned order, as is typical for emergency cases.

Justice Sonia Sotomayor was the lone dissenter from the unsigned court order.

The order will allow the Trump administration to end the decennial count while the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals considers the matter. The administration has argued that it has already received enough responses to have an accurate count of the population.

In August, Ross said that count would conclude at the end of September in order to meet a Dec. 31 statutory deadline for reporting the census results to the president. A consortium of advocacy groups, cities, counties and Native American tribes sued to keep the extended deadline.

A federal district court in California ordered the Trump administration not to halt the count ahead of Oct. 31 in a September order that the 9th Circuit temporarily upheld earlier this month while it continues to consider the case.

In a separate case related to the census, the Trump administration is asking the Supreme Court to allow it to exclude undocumented immigrants from the count used to apportion representation in the House of Representatives.

If the Census Bureau hits the Dec. 31 deadline, the Trump administration will retain control of the apportionment even if Democratic nominee Joe Biden wins the election on Nov. 3.

A lower court has blocked the Trump administration’s plans to exclude undocumented immigrants and the Supreme Court has not said whether it will review the matter. The justices are scheduled to discuss the case at their private conference on Friday.

The hostages’ president

For all his faults, Trump cares about captive Americans

October 7, 2020

President Trump has tweeted that, among other things he’s best at, he is ‘the greatest hostage negotiator in the history of the United States’. He was supposedly quoting his special envoy for hostages, but then there was no record of the envoy ever voicing this precise opinion, so it was really just the usual Trump boasting. But that doesn’t mean he’s wrong……rest of  story

California Black Lives Matter Leader Charged with Five Felonies, Faces 15 Years in Prison (VIDEO)

Black Lives Matter leader Tianna Arata was arrested last month by the San Luis Obispo Police Department (SLOPD) after a protest she organized turned violent.

The 20-year-old California-based activist organized a demonstration involving more than 300 people who blocked a highway and attacked a vehicle with a 4-year-old child inside.

According to police, Tianna Arata assured the SLOPD ahead of the rally that it would be a peaceful protest.

It wasn’t.

The San Luis Obispo DA this week filed five felony charges against Arata, including four felony counts of false imprisonment, and one felony count of conspiracy.

She was also hit with three misdemeanor charges: resisting or obstructing a peace officer, inciting a riot, and unlawful assembly.

Arata is facing 15 years in prison.

Newsweek reported:

Activist Tianna Arata was arrested on July 21 by the San Luis Obispo Police Department (SLOPD) in California after police said a protest she organized turned violent.

In a statement released following Arata’s arrest, the department said SLOPD Police Chief Deanna Cantrell had spoken with Arata ahead of the rally and had been assured that the protest would be peaceful.

However, SLOPD said the protest, which grew to a demonstration involving approximately 300 people, got out of hand when demonstrators marched onto a highway and, at one point, launched an assault on a passenger vehicle, despite a 4-year-old child being inside.

Trump Has Already Won the 2020 Election

Roger L. Simon
July 19, 2020 Updated: July 20, 2020

Commentary

Given the polls, you would think anyone positing Donald Trump has already won the 2020 election was some kind of blithering idiot—and maybe I am. (I’ve been called worse.)

But I can’t help but think that in current conditions the polls are not only not worth the paper they’re printed on, digital or otherwise, they’re about as accurate as a thermometer run over by a six-wheeler.

No one sensible is talking about their political allegiance these days in public—especially to an anonymous pollster.

Instead, they’re buying guns, in record numbers.

Why wouldn’t they? Calling 911 has become about as useful as calling tech support for a transistor radio run over by the same six-wheeler.

The destroyed statues are the least of it. They’re inanimate. The actual people of Seattle, Portland, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Philadelphia and on and on are living a nightmare. Violence stalks the streets of all our major cities whose murder rates are going up stratospherically. (As I type this, the news is reporting 9 more shot in D.C.)

Have there ever been remotely as many stores and businesses smashed, many still not operating, from the Atlantic to the Pacific?

America isn’t in the midst of a civil war. It’s in the midst of a national meltdown with the banana-brained neo-Marxists of Black Lives Matter and Antifa, stoned like sophomores (if that) on Foucault or some other self-important “critical theorist,” leading the way to oblivion and mutual hatred (actually a return to tribalism).

Don’t these people know Marxism became the greatest mass murder machine in the history of the world? Maybe they don’t care. Or they think they’ll get it right this time—but look around you.

While this is happening the self-described “liberal” leadership (what I define elsewhere as “moral narcissists”) of these cities and states does nothing, quivering in their shoes until it gets too close to home, as in Seattle when they came to the mayor’s house—forget the little people—or Portland where the infantile mayor works himself into a dither when Trump decides to do something after the city’s been under siege for going on two months. (The Siege of Vienna was only 18 days—and that changed history.)

No wonder police are said to be retiring everywhere.

Whether pent-up energy from COVID or just plain societal madness, everything seems to be spinning out of control.

People talk about the sixties, but I have never seen anything remotely like this and I was born at the tail end of WWII.

And we’re supposed to be honest with pollsters—or even answer their calls?

As Samuel Goldwyn famously said, “Include me out.”

And I am sure I am not alone.

Which brings me to why I believe Trump has probably already won the election. (Okay, the weasel word “probably” is in there—we’re still some months out.)

It should be obvious. Too many Americans are what Kurt Schlicter aptly calls “normals.” These people aren’t just white. They are brown and black and yellow and everything in between.

Some of them are friends and relatives and co-workers who aren’t saying a word about anything, who rarely ever do, who don’t want to get their cars keyed or something a whole lot worse to happen to them. But they are there.

Some of them even cringe at some of Trump’s presumed excesses, but they cringe more at the thought that police will not be there in an emergency for their families. And they’ve seen that happen all around.

They also despise the cancel culture because they are basically good human beings.

They don’t see a difference between “defund the police” or “redirect the funds” because political spin is as familiar to them as apple pie.

They may not have heard of Howard Zinn but they do not want to hear their country being bad-mouthed to their children in school. And they want their children to go to school.

These people, when they walk into the voting booth, are not going to be worrying about whether Christopher Columbus was or was not a racist or whether someone waved a Confederate flag at a NASCAR race.

They are going to be worry about whether they can walk their dog at night without fear of being shot.

And then there’s China.

And then there’s Durham.
