After years of claiming that the Clinton Foundation poses no ethical conflicts for Bill and Hillary or the U.S. government, Bill Clinton now admits the truth—sort of.
If his wife becomes President, he says the Super PAC masquerading as a charity won’t accept foreign or corporate contributions. Bill will also resign from the foundation board, and Chelsea will stop raising money for it.
Now they tell us.
If such fund-raising poses a problem when she’s President, why didn’t it when she was Secretary of State or while she is running for President? The answer is that it did and does, and they know it, but the foundation was too important to their political futures to give it up until the dynastic couple were headed back to the Oval Office. Now that Hillary is running ahead of Donald Trump, Bill can graciously accept new restrictions on their pay-to-play politics.
Bill must be having a good laugh over this one. The foundation served for years as a conduit for corporate and foreign cash to burnish the Clinton image, pay for their travel expenses for speeches and foreign trips, and employ their coterie in between campaigns or government gigs. Donors could give as much as they wanted because the foundation is a “charity.”
President Obama may have banished Sidney Blumenthal from the State Department, but Bill could stash his conspiratorial pal at the foundation, keeping him on the family payroll while Sid flooded Hillary with foreign-policy advice. Her private email server was supposed to hide their email traffic—until that gambit was exposed last year. But FBI Director James Comey let Hillary off the hook on the emails, and he declined to investigate the foundation, so it looks like they’re home free.
By now the corporate and foreign cash has already been delivered, in anticipation that Hillary Clinton could become the next President. So now it’s the better part of political prudence to claim the ethical high ground.
If you choose to believe or have a short memory. Readers may recall that the foundation promised the White House when Mrs. Clinton became Secretary of State that the foundation would restrict foreign donations and get approval from the State Department.
It turned out the foundation violated that pledge, specifically when accepting $500,000 from Algeria. The foundation also agreed to disclose donor names but failed to do so for more than 1,000 foreign donors until the failure was exposed by press reports.
You also have to suspend disbelief that the foundation won’t live on as a Clinton political vehicle. Even if Bill and Chelsea take eight years off, the Clinton entourage appears to be taking no such vow. That would let friends and retainers continue to solicit donors and keep the joint running until the First Couple can return in 2025.
As an ethical matter, is a donation solicited by long-time Clinton body woman Cheryl Mills different than one solicited by Bill? Even in a smaller, more restricted form under these new donation limits, the foundation will continue to operate as a campaign-in-waiting for a future Senator Chelsea Clinton.
If the Clintons were serious about their new ethical virtue, they wouldn’t merely limit donations. They’d shut the foundation down. The inherent conflict of interest in keeping it running has even some Democrats, such as former Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell, calling for exactly that. Mr. Rendell is old enough to recall the 1990s and that if there’s an ethical temptation anywhere, the Clintons will find it and compromise Hillary’s Presidency.
Far from offering some new clean ethical slate, this latest foundation gambit ought to be a warning about a third Clinton term. Protected by Democrats and a press corps desperate to beat Donald Trump, the Clintons really do think they can get away with anything.

For years now, residents of Sonora, California have been hearing a window-shaking loud and so far officially unexplained BOOM! that always happens between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. daily.
Inquisitr reports that the explanation floating around Sonora from a local geologist/teacher is that an Army Depot in Hawthorne, Nevada, all the way across the state and behind a mountain range which disposes of old munitions like bombs, might be what residents have been hearing.
But do they have so many old bombs to dispose of that they do it daily every single day even on weekends and holidays without fail for years? Why would Sonora, California of all locations near Hawthorne be the seemingly most affected city of all?
Besides, even people who work at the depot aren’t hearing the booms regularly (via ABC News):
Ken Thomas, a contracting officer for the Hawthorne Army Depot, told ABC News today that they do detonate munitions regularly at the depot when the munitions are past their shelf-life, but he is not convinced that it can be heard in Sonora.
“It doesn’t feel right that what we’re doing here would be heard 200 miles away when there’s a mountain range in between us,” Thomas said. “My office is 27 miles from where they detonate the old munitions, I only hear it here maybe one time a month, and just barely and it’s like ‘Was that a boom?’”
On top of that, not only are they clockwork, but these have been described as deep, low booms which can almost be felt by the people who live there. In fact, a friend who lives near Sonora said that sometimes they can actually see their windows warp during the booms.
So what is it? Lots of conspiracies are, of course, floating around including aliens (as per the usual).
But one in particular sounds a lot more plausible than an old weapons depot that’s a three-hour drive from Sonora: DUMBs.

5) the Yorkville area of Paulding has been designated as the prime location for these hubs to come together because of geological preference;
6) the addition of new Walmart facilities in NW GA give spur hubs & depots easy access to large areas that can be partitioned off for moving of very large equipment & large numbers of people in case of national emergency.
Kinda like the CIA kept pretending Area 51 didn’t exist for decades until it was finally, quietly admitted it in 2013.

In the condominium complex in Casa Grande, Arizona, where I have a unit, a visit was made yesterday by a group of 4 men in a black Suburban with lots of antenna’s on the roof. A quick search on the internet latter and you can indeed find three Military Men that dealt in Nuclear Arms dismissed in October. Major General Michael Carey and Vice Admiral Tim Giardina (fired amidst rumors of misbehavior involving alcohol and gambling) were both released, then a third one from the Pacific that never made it home. There was also a sizable earth quake off the coast of South Carolina that Russia Claims was an underwater explosion of an American Thermal Nuclear Device.

The first in this most recent string of Clinton associate deaths was that of John Ashe, the former president of the United Nations General Assembly in 2013 and 2014.
Ashe died Wednesday, June 22nd while awaiting trial in a bribery scandal that was closely tied to the Clinton Foundation.
OFFICIAL CAUSE OF DEATH: Traumatic asphyxia and suffered laryngeal fractures while lifting.
TRANSLATION: His windpipe was crushed by a barbell.
2. Seth Rich (7/10/16
Seth Conrad Rich’s unsolved murder on a Washington D.C. street has sparked a flurry of conspiracy theories because he was a staffer and self-described data analyst for the Democratic National Committee. Rich, 27, who worked for the DNC on voting issues, was shot and killed in Washington D.C., and his murder remains mysterious. “Police have found little information to explain his death,” said The New York Daily News.
Perhaps the reason for the “conspiracy theories” has something to do with the fact that Rich allegedly had access to the voter database and would have known about specific instances of voter fraud. Furthermore, in addition to being shot multiple times, including the back, nothing was taken from his person. His assailants didn’t take his phone, his watch, or his jewelry, and in addition to being shot multiple times, he was badly beaten.
It’s also worth noting that Julian Assange has hinted that his source might have been someone inside the DNC, and Seth certainly had access.

One source CTN spoke with said that 5 to 7 people are still considered to be missing, and it is believed that a long-time DNC staffer may be among the group.
Eyes have turned to mysterious deaths surrounding DNC employees lately, with Julian Assange of Wikileaks offering a cash reward for Seth Rich, who was murdered in a northwest DC neighborhood early last month. Assange even went as far to say that Rich may have been Wikileaks’ source within the Democratic Party.

Israeli Intelligence Debunks Notion of Russia Hacking DNC Emails
No evidence links Russia to hacking DNC emails. Accusations suggesting otherwise are baseless – the latest bashing episode, for geopolitical purposes, shifting attention from Hillary’s disturbing record, and electoral rigging of the primaries.
Israeli military intelligence/Mossad connected DEBKAfile said “an analysis by (its) intelligence and cyber defense sources has determined that” DNC emails hacking “almost certainly (was) not carried out by (Russia’s GRU) cyber warfare branch.”
Its determination is contrary to unjustifiable assertions by senior DNC officials, Obama, the Clinton campaign, administration-connected cyber espionage experts and mainstream media – pointing fingers the wrong way.
Putin spokesman Dmitry Peskov categorically denied Russian “direct or indirect interference in (America’s) election process,” adding:
We see that the Russian card is in the red corner on the writing table of all Washington politicians during the election campaign, and that very often they make it a trump card in their game.
According to DEBKAfile (DF), blaming Russia is baseless “in…light of four facts:”
1. Little is known in the West about Moscow’s “cyber warfare system” other than it’s “highly effective.” If it hacked DNC emails, “no obvious signatures (like) ‘Fancy Bear’ and/or ‘Cozy Bear’…would have been left behind for investigators to discover.”
2. Intelligence operations, including Russia’s, nearly always focus on “seeking security, strategic and economic data.” It’s hard imagining Moscow would divert “stretched” resources to investigating other matters.
3. The private information security company CrowdStrike, hired by the DNC and FBI, claiming it “cracked the case in two hours is hardly credible.”
“Getting to the bottom of an APT (Advanced Persistent Threat) calls for extra-powerful computers, working in conjunction with the internet service provider (ISP), and consuming weeks, if not months of analysis.”
4. Blaming Russia for hacking DNC emails provides US conspiracists “with a convenient reminder” that Edward Snowden remains free from prosecution in Russia – WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange as well, given asylum in Ecuador’s UK embassy.
Blaming Russia is a convenient way to shift attention from a legally challenged, illegitimately anointed Democrat party nominee – the greatest threat to world peace in modern memory.

A Reuters news report by Robin Emmott and Sabine Siebold shows how devoid the West is of honest, intelligent and responsible journalists and government officials.
First we will examine the dishonesty or incompetence of the reporters and then that of Western government officials.
Emmott and Siebold describe NATO as a “Western defense alliance.” Since the Clinton regime NATO has been an alliance for waging offensive war, a war crime under the Nuremberg rules established by the United States. Under the NATO banner a number of countries have been bombed, invaded, and had their governments overthrown by Washington acting under the cover of NATO.
These destroyed countries posed no threat whatsoever to the countries of the NATO alliance and undertook no aggressive actions against NATO members. How is it possible that Reuters’ reporters and editors are not aware of this?
Why do they call an instrument of Washington’s aggression a “defense alliance”?
Emmott and Siebold report that “Russian aggression” is the reason NATO is deploying 3,000 to 4,000 troops in the Baltic states and Poland. In other words, something that does not exist–Russian aggression toward the Baltics and Poland–is assumed to be a fact that must be countered with military deployments.
The reporters do not question whether this insignificant number of NATO troops constitutes a defense or a provocation. The number of troops would have to be 100 times greater before the force even begins to approach a defensive force. What then is the purpose of the 3,000 or 4,000 NATO troops?
Every informed person knows that there is no need of a defense force against Russia in the Baltics and Poland. Aside from this fact, only an absolute idiot could think that three or four thousand troops constitutes a defense against the Russian Army.
In June 1941 Operation Barbarossa (image right) hit Russia with an invasion of four million troops, the majority German component of which were probably the most highly trained and disciplined troops in military history, excepting only the Spartans. By the time that the Americans and British got around to the Normandy invasion, the Russian Army had chewed up the Wehrmacht. There were only a few divisions at 40% strength to resist the Normandy invasion. By the time the Russian Army got to Berlin, the German resistance consisted of armed children.
The Reuters reporters raise no question about President Obama’s statement that 1,000 of this insignificant force will be Americans in order “to enhance our forward presence in central and eastern Europe.” Why does the United States need a “forward presence” in central and eastern Europe? What does a US “forward presence” in central and eastern Europe represent except an insane recklessness? One thousand US troops are good for nothing except a provocation.
Emmott and Siebold report with a straight face without laughter or question unverifiable accusations of Russian aggression by White House Deputy National Security Adviser Ben Rhodes, Polish Foreign Minister Witold Waszczykowski, President Obama, and head of NATO’s military committee, Czech General Petr Pavel.
Gen. Pavel “said Russia was attempting to restore its status as a world power, an effort that included using its military.”
Obama said it is necessary to “keep sanctions on Moscow in place until it fully complies with the ceasefire agreement in Ukraine.”
Waszczykowski said:
“We have to reject any type of wishful thinking with regard to pragmatic cooperation with Russia as long as Russia keeps on invading its neighbors.”
Rhodes threatened Russia with a NATO response to Russia’s “continued aggression.”
These statements are propagandistic. If those who made the statements actually believe them, they are too imbecilic to be trusted with public offices.
Is it possible that the Czech general does not know that Russia has used its military only to repel a Washington-inspired Georgian invasion of South Ossetia and against ISIS in Syria, which the US, UK, and France also claim to be doing? After repelling the Georgian invasion, Russia withdrew its forces. After dealing ISIS a setback in Syria, Russia withdrew and was forced to return by Washington’s resupply of ISIS.

A new congressional letter circulating among lawmakers charges the William, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation is a “lawless, ‘Pay-to-Play’ enterprise that has been operating under a cloak of philanthropy for years.”
The letter, obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation, is authored by Tennessee Republican Rep. Marsha Blackburn who plans to send it to FBI Director James Comey, Internal Revenue Service Commissioner John Koskinen and Federal Trade Commission chairwoman Edith Ramirez.

Susan Sarandon tries to get Americans to care about Monsanto’s planet-murdering instead of Ariana Grande’s donut-licking
As the recent #DonutGate scandal proves, you don’t have to do much to get the suffix “-gate” appended to it. In this case, all it took was having the singer/actress Ariana Grande lick a donut while simultaneously blurting out, “I hate America.” In the Land of the Free, eating donuts is held in high regard, but hating America (whatever that means) is a definite no-no.[1]
So Ariana Grande apologized, but Fox News‘ Greta Van Susteran said the apology wasn’t enough, and that if she really wanted to prove that she doesn’t hate America she should sing, “God Bless the USA” with Lee Greenwood, who often proves his patriotism by singing that song. [2] So far, Grande has not taken Van Susteran’s advice, but at least she hasn’t sung “I Hate America.”
Unlike Greta Van Susteran and most Americans, the actress Susan Sarandon (best known for her roles in Thelma & Louise, Bull Durham and The Rocky Horror Picture Show) cares about serious issues. So instead of recommending addressing a trivial matter with a patriotic song, she took to Twitter and tweeted: “For all you concerned about #DonutGate, I suggest you Google Roundup, Monsanto & GMOs & put your angst into something really threatening.”[1]
Sarandon obviously hopes that people will get informed about Monsanto and its products, which Monsanto opponents say causes death by growing toxic chemicals right into the food, turning farmers into indentured servants and destroying our agricultural heritage with its Roundup herbicide, among other non-trivial deeds.
On a releated note, Mike Adams, the outspoken consumer health advocate known as the Health Ranger, recently announced a plan for “winning the GMO wars and bankrupting the world’s most evil and destructive corporation.” (Yes, he’s referring to Monsanto.) MIT States That Half of All Children May be Autistic by 2025 due to Monsanto
A senior scientist at MIT has declared that we are facing an epidemic of autism that may result in one half of all children being affected by autism in ten years.
Dr. Stephanie Seneff, who made these remarks during a panel presentation in Groton, MA last week, specifically cites the Monsanto herbicide, Roundup, as the culprit for the escalating incidence of autism and other neurological disorders. Roundup, which was introduced in the 1970’s, contains the chemical glyphosate, which is the focal point for Seneff’s concerns. Roundup was originally restricted to use on weeds, as glyphosate kills plants. However, Roundup is now in regular use with crops. With the coming of GMO’s, plants such as soy and corn were bioengineered to tolerate glyphosate, and its use dramatically increased. From 2001 to 2007, glyphosate use doubled, reaching 180 to 185 million pounds in the U.S. alone in 2007.
If you don’t consume corn- on- the -cob or toasted soybeans, however, you are hardly exempt from the potential affects of consuming glyphosate. Wheat is now sprayed with Roundup right before it is harvested, making any consumption of non- organic wheat bread a sure source for the chemical. In addition, any products containing corn syrup, such as soft drinks, are also carrying a payload of glyphosate.
According to studies cited by Seneff, glyphosate engages “gut bacteria” in a process known as the shikimate pathway. This enables the chemical to interfere with the biochemistry of bacteria in our GI tract, resulting in the depletion of essential amino acids .
Monsanto has maintained that glyphosate is safe for human consumption, as humans do not have the shikimate pathway. Bacteria, however, does—including the flora that constitutes “gut bacteria.”
It is this ability to affect gut bacteria that Seneff claims is the link which allows the chemical to get on board and wreak further damage. The connection between intestinal flora and neurological functioning is an ongoing topic of research. According to a number of studies, glyphosate depletes the amino acids tyrosine, tryptophan, and phenylalanine, which can then contribute to obesity, depression, autism, inflammatory bowel disease, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.
Monsanto disagrees. The food and chemical giant has constructed a webpage with links to scientific studies pronouncing the safety of glyphosate.
Other science writers have also taken up the Monsanto banner, scoffing at the scientific studies that prompted Seneff to make her claims. “They made it up!” pronounced Huffpost science writer Tamar Haspel, in an article thin on analysis but heavy on declarative prose.
Others, such as Skeptoid writer and PhD physicist Eric Hall, take a more measured approach, and instead focus on the studies which prompted the glyphosate concerns. According to Hall, Seneff is making an error known as the “correlation/causation error,” in which causality is inaccurately concluded when there exists only the fact that two separate items—in this case, the increased use of glyphosate and the increased incidence of autism—may be observed but are not, in fact, directly related.
Seneff’s pronouncements focus specifically on the glyphosate issue. As we know, there are other potential tributaries which may be feeding the rise in autism and also causing age-related neurological conditions, such as Alzheimer’s. These may include contents of vaccines, aluminum cooking ware as well as other potential sources for chemical consumption.
Some individuals, such as M.D. and radio host Rima Laibow have speculated on the intentionality behind this ostensible chemical siege against our gray matter. Laibow believes that the impetus may be to create an entire class of autistic individuals who will be suited only for certain types of work.
This harks back, eerily, to Aldous Huxley’s classic Brave New World, in which individuals were preprogrammed from “conception” for eventual placement in one of five groups, designated as Alpha, Beta, and so on down to Epsilon, based on their programmed brain power. In Huxley’s dystopian world, this class delineation by intellectual ability enabled society to function more smoothly.
Whatever may driving the autistic/Alzheimer’s diesel train, one thing is for certain: the spectre of half of our children coming into the world with significant brain damage constitutes a massive and undeniable wound to humanity. The rate of autism has skyrocketed from roughly one in every two thousand in the 1970’s to the current rate of one in every sixty eight. Alzheimer’s has become almost universal in the elderly. Seneff’s predictions can only be ignored at grave risk to the human race.

Scalia murder cover-up begins to unravel: Intelligence officers and high ranking police publicly question his untimely death
(INTELLIHUB) — As questions surrounding the untimely death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia continue to mount, multiple highly credible officials have publicly raised concerns over the very real possibility that foul play was involved.
At the same time vast portions of the mainstream liberal media are conducting a massive psychological operation on the American people, desperately trying to confuse and misinform the masses about one of the most important stories in decades. You have a justice of the peace pronounce death while not being on the scene and without any medical training opining that the justice died of a heart attack. What medical proof exists of a myocardial Infarction? Why not a cerebral hemorrhage?”
Regardless of the fact that the justice of peace who decided to forgo the autopsy has “rebutted” her own quotes about Scalia’s cause of death, Ritchie makes several key points, all adding even more suspicion to what already looks like a straight up murder.

Nevertheless, the political significance of the speech is undeniable. After wasting the first six weeks of his time as the presumptive nominee of the GOP — getting sidetracked almost daily by petty personal feuds and provocative statements — Trump finally laid out a case against Clinton on foreign and domestic policy.
This speech should quiet some of the angst inside Republican circles about the quality of the campaign Trump is running (or not running). Opposition to the Clintons is one of the strongest strands in the GOP’s DNA — and now that decades-long animus seems to have found a focused champion in Donald Trump.
It’s the speech Republicans have been itching to hear, in a crystallized way, since the 1990s. Trump gave them exactly what they wanted and likely quelled some fears about his candidacy. They might not be totally behind him, but Republicans are virulently opposed to her.

72 Killed Resisting Gun Confiscation In Boston
It could never happen here, right?
Boston – National Guard units seeking to confiscate a cache of recently banned assault weapons were ambushed by elements of a Para-military extremist faction. Military and law enforcement sources estimate that 72 were killed and more than 200 injured before government forces were compelled to withdraw.
Speaking after the clash, the Massachusetts Governor declared that the extremist faction, which was made up of local citizens, has links to the radical right-wing tax protest movement.
The Governor blamed the extremists for recent incidents of vandalism directed against internal revenue offices. The governor, who described the group’s organizers as “criminals,” issued an executive order authorizing the summary arrest of any individual who has interfered with the government’s efforts to secure law and order.
The military raid on the extremist arsenal followed wide-spread refusal by the local citizenry to turn over recently outlawed assault weapons.
The Governor issued a ban on military-style assault weapons and ammunition earlier in the week. This decision followed a meeting in early this month between government and military leaders at which the governor authorized the forcible confiscation of illegal arms.
One government official, speaking on condition of anonymity, pointed out that “none of these people would have been killed had the extremists obeyed the law and turned over their weapons voluntarily.”
Government troops initially succeeded in confiscating a large supply of outlawed weapons and ammunition. However, troops attempting to seize arms and ammunition met with resistance from heavily-armed extremists who had been tipped off regarding the government’s plans.
During a tense standoff in the Lexington town park, National Guard Colonel Francis Smith, commander of the government operation, ordered the armed group to surrender and return to their homes. The impasse was broken by a single shot, which was reportedly fired by one of the right-wing extremists.
Eight civilians were killed in the ensuing exchange.
Ironically, the local citizenry blamed government forces rather than the extremists for the civilian deaths.Before order could be restored, armed citizens from surrounding areas had descended upon the guard units. Colonel Smith, finding his forces over-matched by the armed mob, ordered a retreat.
The Governor has called upon citizens to support the state/national joint task force in its effort to restore law and order. The governor also demanded the surrender of those responsible for planning and leading the attack against the government troops. Samuel Adams, Paul Revere, and John Hancock, who have been identified as “ringleaders” of the extremist faction, remain at large.

Going Inside America’s Secret Prisons With Will Potter
The FBI did not respond to our request for comment or verify Potter’s version of the doorstep encounter. But today, Potter is an award-winning investigative journalist known for his reporting on government surveillance and secret prisons, right here in America. These “Communications Management Units” — an appropriately Orwellian name — sequester inmates within existing prison facilities. They’re intended to severely restrict and monitor inmates’ communication, from letters and phone calls to emails, with the outside world. Potter, a TED and Knight-Wallace Journalism Fellow, says he’s the first journalist ever to venture inside one of these “Little Guantanamos.” Partly because of that, he’s “one of the most influential journalists in the field of surveillance,” says Charles Eisendrath, director of the Knight-Wallace Fellowship program at the University of Michigan. Potter will be a professor there this fall.
He watches the government and it watches him — classic countersurveillance.
In his TED talk, above, Potter describes how environmental activists, whistle blowers and other so-called domestic terrorists are jailed in these for their actions and, sometimes, their words. The first CMU was established in 2006, at a federal prison in Terre Haute, Indiana, for the confinement of prisoners of “inspirational significance,” not necessarily the worst terrorists or scariest bad guys. Potter was drawn in as he was covering the case of Daniel McGowan, a member of the Earth Liberation Front who in 2007 was convicted of arson, in part for burning down a lumber company, and sentenced to seven years. When McGowan was transferred to a CMU, Potter petitioned for a visit — as a friend and not a journalist, he says — and jumped down the rabbit hole. “We as Americans have these blinders on, thinking things like this either happen in other countries or in other periods of history in this country,” he says.
Potter got his first byline at 16, when he started covering suburban city council meetings and the crime beat for his local paper in Texas — his beeping pager forcing him to ditch small-town hangouts at the local Taco Bell. “I found myself with a lot of the other smartasses,” he says. That questioning culture had him hooked. But as he continued to pursue his journalism career, he teetered along the thin line between activism and journalism. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin — chosen for its intellectual environment, punk-music scene and the tacos — armed with a journalism degree and some experience working for the muckraking magazine the Texas Observer, Potter landed a reporting job at the Chicago Tribune.
Even the FBI agrees that his work is “well-written” and “compelling.”
But the big newspaper felt robotic and impersonal to him. He figured anyone could have written the obits and news briefs he scrawled on deadline. To feed the social justice-y part of his soul, Potter joined up with some animal activists and went door-to-door distributing leaflets. In the process, he says, they were arrested and released — and shortly thereafter, those FBI agents showed up at his apartment. “You read about the FBI’s treatment of social movements and think if anyone is knocking, you’re going to put two middle fingers in the air and walk off into the sunset,” he says. But it rattled him. It became the start of a “true obsession,” he says. He took a short break from journalism to work for the ACLU, monitoring the expansion of the Patriot Act and the world of the FBI.
Potter is intertwined in his work. He watches the government and it watches him — classic countersurveillance. According to memos Potter has received via FOIA requests, FBI agents read his books, follow his work and show up at his talks at prestigious universities like UC Berkeley and Georgetown. The never-ending ambiguity between the personal and the professional has made his work resonate with others, but it also pains him. Potter has suffered anxiety and “the D-word,” finding distraction in learning how to fix up vintage Honda motorcycles, doing CrossFit or jamming out at punk-rock shows. There’s this idea in journalism that depression isn’t something you should be worried about unless you’re a war photographer, Potter says. Yet he finds a way to make dark jokes and brings levity to the gravity of this “spooky” field, Eisendrath says.
To be sure, the seriousness is warranted. After all, he’s operating as an independent journalist without the backing of a major news organization and its legal department. It’s risky, Eisendrath says. But for Potter, his work confirms the power of education; when he writes and talks about his investigations, “the fear subsides,” he says. Even the FBI agrees that his work is “well-written” and “compelling.” Really. They said as much in the memos Potter acquired through his FOIA requests. Now when FBI agents show up to case his speaking events, he can crack a joke that maybe, just maybe, the agents aren’t free-speech spies at all — they’re fanboys.

Clinton Email Scandal: Imminent Document Leak Enough To Indict Her

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange is not generally thought of as a friend of Republicans. But what he says is coming soon from his whistleblowing group could endear him to the GOP. Assange claims his “upcoming leaks in relation to Hillary Clinton” are enough to indict her, according to a recent interview with British ITV News.
“We’ve accumulated a lot of material about Hillary Clinton. We could proceed to an indictment,” he said. These emails are “pending publication.”
But no matter how damaging the emails are, Assange believes the FBI will give Clinton a pass. Rather than bring criminal charges, it will “push for concessions from the new Clinton government in exchange for its lack of indictment.”
If that happens, then the FBI will have committed a criminal offense. Letting a politician escape indictment simply because he or she has power and status is an outrage that every American should strongly condemn. But, as Assange points out, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, an Obama appointee, isn’t likely to indict someone who once worked for her boss, and is a fellow Democrat.
There is also the fact, admitted to by Clinton’s campaign, that Clinton fixer attorney David Kendall has stayed in contact with the Justice Department throughout its investigation.

Our grieving over the Orlando massacre will have little or no effect unless we mobilize our sorrows into rage that targets all of the political culprits. Americans must mobilize a take-no-prisoners political anger that overrides the usual lamentations and legalistic excuses from politicians in both parties.
Don’t just blame crazed bigots or foreign subversives. This slaughter was enabled by our own elected politicians, with an assist from the US Supreme Court. They should be the true target of our rage.
This is the dreadful reality that has led our country to its continuing sorrows. The government has failed to protect citizens from the random violence that is fast becoming a blood-soaked ritual. Politics has failed at every level — federal, state and local — and then politicians plead that they are helpless to prevent the slaughter. People must not accept that legalistic dodge.
If the United States can bomb other nations without a declaration of war, the United States can confiscate the high-powered military weapons that are routinely sold to the random madmen who are driven to violence by their own hateful political delusions.

June 14, 2016 “Information Clearing House” – “Rutherford Institute” – As part of the government’s so-called ongoing war on terror, the nation’s de facto secret police force is now recruiting students and teachers to spy on each other and report anyone who appears to have the potential to be “anti-government” or “extremist.”
Using the terms “anti-government,” “extremist” and “terrorist” interchangeably, the government continues to add to its growing list of characteristics that could distinguish an individual as a potential domestic terrorist.
For instance, you might be a domestic terrorist in the eyes of the FBI (and its network of snitches) if you:
- express libertarian philosophies (statements, bumper stickers)
- exhibit Second Amendment-oriented views (NRA or gun club membership)
- read survivalist literature, including apocalyptic fictional books
- show signs of self-sufficiency (stockpiling food, ammo, hand tools, medical supplies)
- fear an economic collapse
- buy gold and barter items
- subscribe to religious views concerning the book of Revelation
- voice fears about Big Brother or big government
- expound about constitutional rights and civil liberties
- believe in a New World Order conspiracy
Despite its well-publicized efforts to train students, teachers, police officers, hairdressers, store clerks, etc., into government eyes and ears, the FBI isn’t relying on a nation of snitches to carry out its domestic spying.
There’s no need.
MIT States That Half of All Children May be Autistic by 2025 due to Monsanto
A senior scientist at MIT has declared that we are facing an epidemic of autism that may result in one half of all children being affected by autism in ten years.
Dr. Stephanie Seneff, who made these remarks during a panel presentation in Groton, MA last week, specifically cites the Monsanto herbicide, Roundup, as the culprit for the escalating incidence of autism and other neurological disorders. Roundup, which was introduced in the 1970’s, contains the chemical glyphosate, which is the focal point for Seneff’s concerns. Roundup was originally restricted to use on weeds, as glyphosate kills plants. However, Roundup is now in regular use with crops. With the coming of GMO’s, plants such as soy and corn were bioengineered to tolerate glyphosate, and its use dramatically increased. From 2001 to 2007, glyphosate use doubled, reaching 180 to 185 million pounds in the U.S. alone in 2007.
If you don’t consume corn- on- the -cob or toasted soybeans, however, you are hardly exempt from the potential affects of consuming glyphosate. Wheat is now sprayed with Roundup right before it is harvested, making any consumption of non- organic wheat bread a sure source for the chemical. In addition, any products containing corn syrup, such as soft drinks, are also carrying a payload of glyphosate.
According to studies cited by Seneff, glyphosate engages “gut bacteria” in a process known as the shikimate pathway. This enables the chemical to interfere with the biochemistry of bacteria in our GI tract, resulting in the depletion of essential amino acids .
Monsanto has maintained that glyphosate is safe for human consumption, as humans do not have the shikimate pathway. Bacteria, however, does—including the flora that constitutes “gut bacteria.”
It is this ability to affect gut bacteria that Seneff claims is the link which allows the chemical to get on board and wreak further damage. The connection between intestinal flora and neurological functioning is an ongoing topic of research. According to a number of studies, glyphosate depletes the amino acids tyrosine, tryptophan, and phenylalanine, which can then contribute to obesity, depression, autism, inflammatory bowel disease, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.
Monsanto disagrees. The food and chemical giant has constructed a webpage with links to scientific studies pronouncing the safety of glyphosate.

A small group of scientists across the United States are attempting to create embryos that are part human and part animal, otherwise known as chimeras.
Chimera is a term for a mythical Greek creature consisting of part lion, part goat and part snake. In modern times, the term has been used to describe a single organism composed of cells from different zygotes.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) cut funding for this type of research, at least temporarily, last September. NIH officials said they need to review the science and ethical implications behind this technology before moving forward.
Mixing species
The experiments involve inserting human stem cells into burgeoning embryos from other species, thereby spawning chimeras. In actuality, researchers have been creating human chimeras, at least in part, for years. For instance, scientists already study rats with human tumors to better understand cancer.
What makes the recent research unique is that it would involve in the insertion of human stem cells into the embryos of non-human animals during the early stages of embryonic development.
“The special issue here with stem cells is that those types of human cells are so powerful and so elastic that there’s great worry about the degree to which the animals could become humanized,” explained Insoo Hyun, a bioethicist at Case Western Reserve University, in an article for NPR…..Read more

I’ve been trying to tell people about the hazards of the electromagnetic soup all around us for years and almost no-one would listen. Hopefully this will change as the word gets out about the cancer risks.

Two federal agencies on Friday quietly finalized two reports, set for release next week, that found offshore fracking in California poses no “significant” risk to the environment—paving the way for oil and gas companies to resume the controversial extraction method in the Santa Barbara Channel and imperiling the region’s wildlife in the process, opponents said.
The announcement Friday from the U.S. Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (OEM) and the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement puts an end to a court-ordered ban on offshore fracking in federal waters off the coast of California. The moratorium was put into place in January as part of a settlement with the Center for Biological Diversity (CBD), which challenged the Obama administration’s ‘rubber-stamping’ of offshore drilling activity without an environmental review.
Environmental activists warned on Friday that kicking off a new round of drilling in the area puts wildlife at risk from chemical-laden wastewater and said they would be willing to file another lawsuit to keep it from happening.
“The Obama administration is once again putting California’s beautiful coast in the oil industry’s crosshairs,” said Miyoko Sakashita, director of CBD’s Oceans program. “Our beaches and wildlife face a renewed threat from fracking chemicals and oil spills. New legal action may be the only way to get federal officials to do their jobs and protect our ocean from offshore fracking.”

As Bloomberg reported earlier this month, Bayer AG – the German pharmaceutical and chemical corporation – is reportedly considering a bid for the agrochemical and biotechnology corporation, Monsanto. This comes two months after Monsanto showed some interest in acquiring Bayer Crop Sciences, a branch of Bayer AG.

urthermore, officials passed a law to incarcerate illegal immigrants and deport them to their home countries. This bold decision flew in the face of Obama’s unconstitutional executive action on amnesty.
Legislators in Oklahoma also made it so that DNA samples from illegal immigrants were always stored in the Oklahoma database, which in turn made it easier to identify and thus deport criminals who illegally enter into our country.
Even more awesome was that Oklahoma passed a law mandating that all drivers’ license exams be printed in English and no other language. Some might call that law racist, but we call it common-sense.
The most brazen of all laws passed, however, was the the law that officially declared Oklahoma as a sovereign state — one not beholden to the directives of President Barack Obama’s lawless and corrupt federal government (H/T Constitution Party of Ohio).
This law placed Oklahoma among the likes of Texas, Montana and Utah, though a number of other states are likely to follow suit.
It’s terrific to see a state fight back so hard against Obama, and we certainly hope other states follow Oklahoma’s shining example.

Supplements sold by Walmart, Walgreens and other retailers don’t match the ingredients on their labels
The New York State Attorney General announced early last year that testing showed that supplements sold at Walmart, Walgreens, Target and GNC do not actually contain the herbs they claim to contain on their label. Cheap fillers, such as powdered rice, asparagus, house plants and even some substances that could be fatal to those with allergies, were found to be inside the supplements.
A store brand of ginseng pills at Walgreens, said to enhance “physical endurance and vitality” was only found to contain powdered garlic and rice. On the other hand, Walmart’s ginkgo biloba, a Chinese plant that enhances memory, contained just radish, houseplants and wheat, even though the product was marketed as wheat and gluten-free.
Ethical considerations, or the lack of them
Big Business just does not care for the public at large, choosing instead to suck out as much money as they could from unwitting customers. Anyone who has been paying enough attention to alternative news channels would have come across dozens of stories of companies just caring for their one true bottom line — profit.

Few Americans know what they have lost. Few understand to what extent they have been victimized by something far beyond a police state, far beyond simple surveillance, far beyond the obvious loss or rights and privacy that some accepted so readily less than two decades ago in order to “be safe.”
At the center of it all is the Department of Homeland Security, a shadowy bureaucracy tasked with examining every aspect of the lives of every American and producing a “threat profile” using a “predictive algorithm.”
While Americans worry about their gun purchases being tracked and cataloged, they have no idea what has already been done and there’s over 700,000 government “agents,” from border control to “TSA” to local police including 41 “other” agencies of which only 16 have recognizable acronym titles anyone has ever heard of.
Americans know their email and phone calls are listened to but what they don’t know is how social scientists at a dozen universities, working for agencies like the DHS, Department of Defense, NSA and DARPA have learned to handle “big data.”
“Big Data” is the bulk of information that is “out there,” pulled from the internet, stolen from the airwaves, including Wi-Fi intercepts, VOIP or internet based mobile phone networks, satellite and cable television viewing patterns and social network patterns. To this frightening “big data” base is added commercial credit reports, credit card and banking transactions now simply for the taking under counter-terrorism “money laundering” laws and every purchase, every foot, every mile of travel while in possession or accompanied by a “navigation device” or “location service” enable phone.
Americans once felt safe because they thought the government would never be able to handle tens of billions of phone calls, a trillion Facebook posts and billions of doctor’s bills and prescription medication purchases.
They were wrong, thanks to the world of super computing and the endless billions spent on hiring the best and brightest of those Edward Snowden has tried so hard to warn us about.
What do they know?
“They,” and we will get to who “they” are, know everything. They can’t legally get your medical history but their access to the drugs you buy and the doctors you see, including the background and specialty of those providers, tells them everything about you, whether you are sick, whether you are receiving psychiatric care, whether you are pregnant and quite probably who the father is, even when you may well not know it yourself. If only I were kidding. This is how “big data” works.
They see where you drive, how often your car is maintained, when you get up, when you go to sleep and nearly everything you do in-between.
What does this really mean, why would they want this? We ask this ourselves, we only know they are not only getting this information but they are putting it out there, available to agencies of all kinds, not just the folks who search your bags at the airport or that customs agent who looks at you funny when you claim you have “nothing to declare.”
The problem is, they don’t just stop at collection, which you always knew they were doing. Where the greatest strides in “big data” are is in social networks. Their goal, based on specialized predictive software, is to not only know what you think but to figure out what you will do. They want to know, we believe, because they may well be planning, perhaps not too far in the distant future, to stop you from doing what you do or even more likely take action, perhaps violent action, because of how you think or feel.

Obama: Worst President In U.S. History?

Bush was a horrible president. At the time, I thought he was the worst president in American history.
But Obama has made a lot of firsts himself …
For example, Obama:
- Has prosecuted more whistleblowers than all other presidents combined
- Sentenced whistleblowers to 31 times the jail time of all prior u.s. presidents combined
- Prosecuted fewer financial crimes than President Reagan, Clinton or either of the Bush presidents. (As bad as the Bush administration was, they at least prosecuted the heads of Enron, Worldcom and some other white collar crooks. In contrast, Obama hasn’t prosecuted even one high-level Wall Street executive.)
- Is the most secretive president ever
- Is more hostile to the press than any president in history
- Claims the power to strip Americans’ liberty in a way that no other president has ever tried to claim … and that even King George of England didn’t claim. Indeed, Obama has rolled back some of our liberties to the time of the enactment of the Magna Carta in 1215
- Has turned America into the most spied upon nation in world history (and see this and this)
- Has arguably centralized power more than any other president
- Has granted less pardons than any president since Garfield, who served only 200 days as president before being assassinated in 1881
- May be the only U.S. president in history who failed to deliver a single year of at least 3% economic growth (when adjusted for inflation)
In addition, Obama has presided over:
- The greatest inequality of any president
- The first time in its history that America is viewed as the world’s greatest threat by the people of the world
- One of the largest net changes in debt in American history
- Perhaps the most corrupt government ever in the U.S.
And as the New York Times notes this week, Obama has been at war longer than any president in history.
