DOJ Charges Hundreds of Doctors & Nurses in Massive $6 Billion ‘Healthcare Fraud’ Bust

(RT) The US Department of Justice has announced charges for nearly 350 suspects in a sweeping bust linked to healthcare fraud. Among them are scores of medical professionals accused of scamming federal programs and private insurers.

The DOJ went public with the nationwide takedown on Wednesday, saying it had filed charges against 345 defendants across 51 federal districts, including more than 100 doctors, nurses and other healthcare workers.

“These defendants have been charged with submitting more than $6 billion in false and fraudulent claims to federal health care programs and private insurers,” the department said in a statement, noting that a flurry of different federal agencies took part in the investigation, led by the DOJ’s criminal division.

[The fraud included] more than $4.5 billion connected to telemedicine, more than $845 million connected to substance abuse treatment facilities, or “sober homes,” and more than $806 million connected to other health care fraud and illegal opioid distribution schemes across the country.

The lion’s share of the fraud was linked to “telemedicine” – in which doctors remotely diagnose and treat patients via phone or video chat. According to Department of Health and Human Services Deputy Inspector General Gary Cantrell, “bad actors” in the industry often use “aggressive marketing techniques” to mislead patients about their medical needs, and then “bill the government for illegitimate services” at exorbitant fees.

Some 86 suspects involved in the practice were slapped with charges across 19 districts, in some cases paying “illegal kickbacks and bribes” to medical companies that participated in the scheme. Others are accused of submitting false claims to Medicare and other government insurers.

Did Joe Biden Use

As I watched it unfold, the biggest story of Tuesday night’s debate was that Joe Biden managed to remain fairly cogent throughout. This was a miraculous achievement, given the daily feed of videos we’ve seen for months showing Joe in advanced cognitive decline.

On Tuesday morning, Q re-posted a September 10th post referring to the debates that read:

1. Biden camp will find excuse/reason to terminate

2. Biden camp will be provided the questions ahead of time

3. Biden camp will be provided the questions ahead of time and

assistance in the form of a special communications device.

The Trump campaign had requested that both candidates be given drug tests and be inspected for electronic devices. The Biden campaign refused.

During the debate, Joe spoke directly at the camera numerous times and he looked like he was reading from a teleprompter. His eyes were like eerie dark globes. I thought maybe his pupils were dilated, like when Stormy Daniels was on 60 Minutes. I joke-tweeted that he had “basketball eyes”.

Before the debate was over, videos were already being posted to social media, showing what appeared to be wires coming out of Biden’s sleeve and peeking out from beneath the lapel of his jacket.

Wednesday morning, people were posting about a new Augmented Reality contact lenses that could be made to work “like a teleprompter in your eyeball.”

By mid-afternoon on Wednesday, three fact-checking agencies on Facebook were already censoring posts about the wires as “false information”, with FactCheck.org cheekily stating that, “Biden is known to wear a rosary around his wrist in honor of his late son, Beau.”

So, did Joe Biden cheat during the first presidential debate? I’d say that having Chris Wallace co-debate with him against Trump and helping him to perpetuate lies that were already debunked years ago was definitely cheating.

And there were suspicious wires coming out of his sleeve.

And he may, indeed have been wearing Augmented Reality contact lenses.

I can’t say I agree with everything presented, and I find the entire concept of a civil war or balkanization very distasteful and disturbing. But, with what we are seeing in the our country we have to face reality and facts. These concepts are possible as the divide between left and right continue to separate our nation into diametrically opposed factions. What’s Brewing is not a 2nd Civil war.
I have seen many threads on the coming 2nd Civil War, but what is coming is not so easily defined. There will not be two well defined sides, and there will not be troops marching across the countryside waging war. This conflict will be fought in cities and suburbs.
The left will be contained in the cities and suburbs by the Police and National guard for the most part, some will come to smaller towns but for the most part these will be met with the deadly force of armed citizens. My biggest fear as a rural city citizen is not BLM or Antifa, it’s the leftwing politicians in the DA’s office, the progressive mayors, Governors, and bias MSM. The first armed citizens to act will face a backlash of DA’s and mayors, who don’t grasp what is happening.

The start of this “Civil War” will be the election and after, once the election is past us, I expect all Hell to break loose. The fact that neither side will accept the results of the election, combined with the SCOTUS appointment of a new Justice, means that things are going to get worse.

Combining Political, economic and Covid-19 second lockdowns that are coming, along with people being sick and tired of the radical left, means that people are not just fed up with these situations, these angers have been rooted in frustration with the system its self and will lead to the Balkanization of the USA.
Lets face it the Court system, education system, political system, Federal reserve system, Stock markets, and media are all broken, and this country will not be whole and normal again until they are fixed and return to the traditional values of American Society.

A lot of our problems will not have been solved or be over, immigration, race relations and leftwing teachers from top to bottom are a few problems that must be fixed. The problem as I see it will be what to do with the leftist and ex-government that was so corrupt that they brought this on their self.We cannot deport 20 million Mexicans, nor can we send all of the Blacks back to Africa, without creating a humanitarian crisis, and making ourselves look bad to the world.
Therefore I believe that the best solution would be second class Citizenship, this would go for Antifa also until they could be taught that communism is bad and deprogram the entire woke culture through re-education camps. I know that sounds cruel, but they must see the flawed ideology that they have been taught.

This second class citizenship would last for a period of 25 years with their children getting citizenship at the age of 25.
This way the leftist would not be able to vote or run for any office until old age and their kids until middle age.

Restricted travel would also be necessary for a 5 to 10 year period of reconstruction Two generations of conservative rule and education.

I would expect that there will still be holdouts and gorilla actions, just as at the end of the First Civil War, this is why control of their movements must be restricted.

Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) signed a controversial bill into law Friday that will give judges greater discretion to decide whether adults who commit sodomy with minors should be placed on California’s sex offender registry.

The bill, which passed the Democrat-led legislature last week, created a firestorm as proponents said its main purpose was to end discrimination against LGBT adults who have oral and anal sex with minors who claim to be consenting to the sexual activity.

State Sen. Scott Wiener (D), who introduced the legislation, said in a statement on social media the new law would put an end to “blatant discrimination against young LGBT people engaged in consensual activity.”

“It’s appalling that in 2020, California continues to discriminate against LGBTQ people, by mandating that LGBTQ young people be placed on the sex offender registry in situations where straight people aren’t required to be placed on the registry,” Wiener said.

Proving again he‘s a true champion for the LGBTQ community — even when it’s hard — Gov Newsom signed #SB145, ending discrimination against LGBTQ young people on CA’s sex offender registry.

“SB 145 simply ends that discrimination by treating LGBTQ young people the exact same way that straight young people have been treated since 1944,” he continued, and added:

And make no mistake: the politics here are hard, with the massive Trump, QAnon, and MAGA misinformation campaign against the legislation. The facts are clear: SB 145 simply ends anti-LGBTQ discrimination. Today, California took yet another step toward an equitable society.

Wiener claimed the existing law, which states oral and anal sex between an adult within ten years of the age of a consenting minor requires the adult to be registered as a sex offender, discriminates against LGBT individuals:

This bill is about treating everyone equally under the law. Discrimination against LGBT people is simply not the California way. These laws were put in place during a more conservative and anti-LGBT time in California’s history. They have ruined people’s lives and made it harder for them to get jobs, secure housing, and live productive lives. It is time we update these laws and treat everyone equally.

Existing state law allows judges to decide whether adults who have “penile-vaginal intercourse” with minors must register as a sex offender.

Wiener said the current law targets LGBT individuals because they do not engage in penile-vaginal intercourse.

“This is such horrific homophobia,” Wiener said, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. “It’s irrational, and it ruins people’s lives.”

The primary stated goal of the measure appears to be to end automatic addition to the state’s sex offender registry list for adults who have oral or anal sex with a minor.

The Senate Floor Analysis of SB 145 states the measure:

Exempts a person convicted of non-forcible sodomy with a minor, oral copulation with a minor, or sexual penetration with a minor, as specified, from having to automatically register as a sex offender under the Sex Offender Registry Act if the person was not more than 10 years older than the minor at the time of the offense, and the conviction is the only one requiring the person to register.

California fails to mandate registration as a sex offender who commits a violation of sexual intercourse with a minor who is within 10 years of the offender. Sexual penetration is distinguishable from sexual intercourse in that the vaginal penetration is anything other than a penis.

“Additionally, the crimes of sexual conduct with a minor under the age of 14 are punished in a separate code section, as lewd and lascivious acts with a minor under the age of 14,” the analysis also said.

“This bill allows judges and prosecutors to evaluate cases involving consensual sex acts between young people, regardless of their sexual orientation, on an individual basis,” said Jackie Lacey, the Los Angeles County district attorney who wrote and sponsored the bill, reported USA Today. “I drafted this bill because I believe the law must be applied equally to ensure justice for all Californians.”

The legislation’s supporters are clearly focused on the newfound equality for adults engaging in any variety of sex act with minors who are as young as 14 years old. With the new law, adults who have either vaginal intercourse or oral/anal sex with young teens have an equal chance of keeping their names off the California sex offender registry if they can convince a judge the sex was “consensual.”

Well what a shock. Newsom signed SB145, the bill that allows a 24 year old to have sex with a 14 year old and escape a felony conviction and requirement to be a registered sex offender. Absolutely disgusting.

The Washington Examiner reported Democrat Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez said as the bill was being debated:

I cannot in my mind as a mother understand how sex between a 24-year-old and a 14-year-old could ever be consensual, how it could ever not be a registrable offense. We should never give up on this idea that children should be in no way subject to a predator.

San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer (R) also tweeted after Newsom signed the bill into law, “As a parent I’m appalled that last night our governor signed a law maintaining a 24-year-old can have sex with a 14-year-old and it not be considered predatory.”

“An adult who commits ANY sex act on a minor 10 years younger must be registered a sex offender,” he added. “Law must be changed.”

The legislation also assumes teens as young as 14 are capable of fully consenting to sex of any variety with any adult, regardless of sexual orientation.

Attorney and researcher Jane Robbins said in a statement to Breitbart News, “The Left wants to sexualize children, period, and to remove penalties for adult predators.”

“If Mr. Wiener were concerned about children, he would push to restore penalties on straight adult predators who prey on minors,” she added. “Instead, he extended the leniency to gay adult predators.”

On Sunday Maria Bartiromo again confronted Senator Lindsey Graham about calling in deep state witnesses before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Lindsey later said he will wait to call witnesses until the General Flynn case is over.

In the past three months he has called three or four witnesses and treated them with kid gloves.

Now Lindsey is telling Republicans to “stay tuned.”

This is something Lindsey has been saying for over two years now as he has shirked his responsibility as Judiciary chairman.

More Charges in Durham Probe Possible: Attorney General

More criminal charges are possible in U.S. Attorney John Durham’s probe into the origins of the investigation into Donald Trump’s campaign, Attorney General William Barr said in a new interview.

Former FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith pleaded guilty last month to altering an email from the CIA that originally stated Carter Page, a one-time Trump campaign adviser, was an asset for the spy agency.

The altered email, which was used to obtain spy warrants against Page, stated that Page was not an asset.

Barr, pressed during an interview with NBC released Thursday on whether Durham is nearing the end of his investigation, responded that he would not characterize where exactly Durham is in the probe.

He was then asked whether he’d say it’s unlikely there will be further criminal charges.

“No, I wouldn’t say that at all, no,” Barr said, adding: “There could be.”

Barr said he would not get into whether Durham will release information before the Nov. 3 election and whether there could be an interim report on what the U.S. attorney has uncovered.

But he said possible criticism over a hypothetical interim report wouldn’t stop him from doing what he thinks is right.

“I don’t let that bother me. I’m going to do what I think is right and in the public interest,” he said. “As I already said, I’m conscious of the election and I don’t think any of the things that are being worked on are going to have an adverse effect on that. And I also think there’s strong public interest involved as well,” he added.

Comments from top officials about Durham’s probe are closely followed because the attorney’s team is renowned for being leak-proof, giving little insight into how the investigation is proceeding.

White House chief of staff Mark Meadows said earlier this week that documents he’s reviewed recently show that key players like former FBI agent Peter Strzok and ex-FBI Director James Comey “are in real trouble because of their willingness to participate in an unlawful act.”

During a different interview released last week, Barr said the Durham investigation wouldn’t impact the upcoming election.

“I have said that the American people need to know what actually happened,” Barr told CNN. “We need to get the story of what happened in 2016 and ’17 now out. That will be done. The second aspect of this is, if people cross the line, if people involved in that activity violated the criminal law, they will be charged.”

“I will handle these cases as appropriate,” he added. “And I do not think anything that we do in the Durham investigation is going to be affecting the election.”

NJ Man Spots San Diego Homeless on Webcam Cleaning Beach for Free

A New Jersey man has San Diego on his mind a lot, so much so that he views a webcam of Ocean Beach every morning to watch the two homeless men clean up the beach for free.

Mark Pacana currently lives in New Jersey, but he wants to move to San Diego, California, eventually. Every morning, he makes it a habit to watch the Ace Tattoo Surf Cam in Ocean Beach, where he noticed the two men cleaning up the beach in the wee hours of the morning.

Every morning I see a little mini-van pull up, a beige minivan,” Pacana told KFMB. “They get out they open the back of their mini-van they pull out two buckets and they walk around the entire beach area cleaning up. God bless them for doing what they are doing.”

Pacana asked a reporter from KFMB if he could thank those men on his behalf, so a reporter and a photographer woke up early and drove down to make sure the two men were next to the pier.

The reporter told him, “You’ve got a fan, watching you from New Jersey from the webcam over there.”

The men, David Hendon and Marc Gervais, are two friends who wake up at dawn to pick up trash for free.

The reporter asked, “You are covered in sweat. It’s five o’clock in the morning. Why work so hard?”

Gervais said, “Well, because this place looks like (expletive) otherwise.”

Hendon and Gervais live out of their van with their dog, Pico. Both of them have beaten addiction, and they figure if they can stay clean, the streets can stay clean too.

The reporter then relayed this information back to Pacana.

“They are homeless? Oh, then we need to set them up a GoFundMe page or something to get them a home and some cash and whatever,” said Pacana. “That’s amazing to find two people homeless, taking it upon themselves to clean up a beach area every single night.”

And a GoFundMe page to pay for Hendon and Gervais’s vehicle was born.

Its initial goal was $3,500 to pay for vehicle repairs, but the fundraiser has raised $23,042 as of Tuesday afternoon.

AG Barr Says Operation LeGend Is ‘Working,’ Violent Crime Rates in Cities Falling

Attorney General William Barr on Wednesday said Operation LeGend, the federal initiative to drive down violent crime in major inner cities, has had a positive impact on fighting violent crime, with cities seeing falling homicide and shooting incidents in recent weeks.

“I am pleased to report that Operation LeGend is working, crime is down, and order is being restored,” Barr said during a press conference in Chicago.

Since its launch, the crime-fighting program has led to over 2,500 arrests, among which 592 individuals were charged with federal crimes, the Justice Department said in an update. Federal authorities have also seized 1,024 firearms, 241 weapons, more than 17 kilograms of heroin, more than 75 kilograms of methamphetamine, more than 7 kilograms of fentanyl, more than 12 kilograms of cocaine, and about $5.19 million in drug proceeds.

Operation LeGend is the latest major law enforcement program by the DOJ to crack down on violent crime across the country. It began amid surging crime rates in major metropolitan cities.

The operation began in Kansas City, Missouri, and has since been expanded to eight other cities, including Chicago; Albuquerque, New Mexico; Memphis, Tennessee; and St. Louis, Missouri. It involves surging federal agents and resources to inner cities to assist local and state law enforcement officials to tackle violent crime and restore public safety.

The program was named after 4-year-old LeGend Taliferro, who was shot and killed while sleeping in his home in Kansas City in June; a suspect has since been arrested.

India Announces Additional Ban of Over 100 Mostly Chinese Apps

India has now banned over 200 mostly Chinese mobile apps, citing their collection of user data as a national security risk.

India’s Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology issued the latest ban on Sept. 2, naming a total of 118 mobile apps, according to a government press release. It is the third list of banned apps issued since June.

The 118 apps “engaged in activities which [are] prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, defense of India, security of state, and public order,” the ministry said.

Among the banned apps are two apps by Chinese search giant Baidu; online payment app Alipay and shopping app Mobile Taobao, both developed by Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba; a news app by Chinese technology firm Sina; video conferencing app VooV Meeting by Chinese tech giant Tencent; and an e-commerce app called ShareSave developed by Chinese mobile phone maker Xiaomi.

Many more on the list are mobile games developed by Chinese tech giants or companies owned by them, including Arena of Valor and PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (owned by Tencent), and Cyber Hunter (developed by NetEase).

RNC Draws 147.9 Million Views, GOP Says It’s Higher Than Biden

The Republican National Convention (RNC) had 147.9 million views across various TV and digital platforms, according to Chairwoman of the Republican National Committee Ronna McDaniel.

She posted the data on Friday in a Twitter post confirming a media report. The spokeswoman also said that the total viewership of the RNC was 25 million more than the Democratic National Convention (DNC).

According to Nielsen ratings data, about 86.3 million viewers from 66.9 million households watched the DNC event on TV spanning from Aug. 17 to 20. While 77.5 million viewers from 57.8 million households watched the RNC between Aug. 24 and 27.

Based on the GOP statement and Nielsen data, the RNC drew 70.4 million digital viewers while the DNC digital viewership was 36.6 million.

Appeals Court Won’t Step in for Now on Trump Tax Records

NEW YORK—A federal appeals court said Friday it wouldn’t step in right away to delay New York prosecutors’ effort to get President Donald Trump’s tax records.

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals denied Trump’s request to immediately put Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr.’s subpoena on hold while Trump appeals to try to get it invalidated.

The appeals court said it would hold a hearing on the request for a delay, but not until Sept. 1. After winning a lower court ruling, Vance’s office had agreed not to enforce the subpoena before Aug. 28.

The DA’s office declined to comment on what the appeals court ruling might mean for that time frame. Messages were sent to Trump’s lawyers.

The case has already been to the Supreme Court and back, and Trump has said he expects it to end up there again.

Even if the tax records ultimately are subpoenaed, they would be part of a confidential grand jury investigation and not automatically made public.

The Supreme Court ruled last month (pdf) that the presidency in itself doesn’t shield Trump from Vance’s investigation.

But the high court returned the case to a Manhattan federal judge’s courtroom to allow Trump’s lawyers to raise other concerns about the subpoena. They did, arguing in July that the subpoena was issued in bad faith, might have been politically motivated and amounted to harassment.

U.S. District Judge Victor Marrero rejected those arguments Thursday—and then turned down a request from Trump’s lawyers to delay enforcement of the subpoena while they appeal his decision.

“The president has not demonstrated that he will suffer irreparable harm” if the records are turned over for a grand jury probe that would keep them secret, he wrote Friday morning.

Trump’s lawyers asked the appeals court for the same delay and got their answer hours later.

Vance’s attorneys have said they are legally entitled to extensive records to aid a “complex financial investigation.”

Vance, a Democrat, began seeking the Republican president’s tax returns from his longtime accounting firm Mazars USA over a year ago.

Trump on Thursday characterized efforts to obtain his financial records as “the most disgusting witch hunt in the history of our country.”

Congress is also pursuing Trump’s financial records, though the Supreme Court last month kept a hold on the banking and other documents that Congress has been seeking and returned the case to a lower court.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Thousands of people were under orders to evacuate in regions surrounding the San Francisco Bay Area Wednesday as nearly 40 wildfires blazed across the state amid a blistering heat wave now in its second week. Smoke blanketed the city of San Francisco.

“Throughout the state of California right now, we are stretched thin for crews” because of the fires, said Will Powers, a state fire spokesman. “Air resources have been stretched thin throughout the whole state.”

Police and firefighters went door-to-door early Wednesday in a frantic scramble to warn residents to evacuate as fire encroached on Vacaville, a city of about 100,000 that lies between San Francisco and Sacramento. Fire officials said at least 50 structures were destroyed and 50 damaged, and four people were injured.

Television footage showed some homes in flames and thick ash dropping in a rural area near Interstate 80 as the fire appeared to head toward more densely populated areas.

Diane Bustos told KPIX-TV that she and her husband tried to drive out but their vehicle caught on fire and they had to flee on foot.

“I got all these flames on me and I lost my shoe, but I made it. God saved me,” she said.

The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection said the blaze was exhibiting “extreme fire behavior” and challenging firefighters.

To the south in San Mateo and Santa Cruz counties, about 22,000 people were ordered to evacuate because of a fire that was burning in dense wooded parkland but threatened communities, Cal Fire spokesman Jonathan Cox said.

“This is a very active timber fire burning in two counties with a serious threat to both public safety and for structures that are out in front of it,” he said.

Thousands of homes and businesses were also threatened in the wine-growing counties of Napa and Sonoma in an area devastated by a series of deadly blazes in the last three years. At least seven fires were grouped together as one of two major Lightning Fires in Northern California, a nod to their origins just a day earlier.

Powers said much of the fire was burning through rural areas with steep terrain, making it difficult to get crews in.

In Napa County, Gail Bickett, 80, loaded up her three dogs in a truck to evacuate as the fire burned behind houses across the road, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

“It’s scary,” she said. “It’s overwhelming.”

In the East San Francisco Bay, a cluster of 20 separate lightning-sparked fires threatened about 1,400 structures in rugged terrain with dense brush. Strong winds and low humidity made the firefight challenging.

Blazes engulfed rural and forest areas near the San Francisco Bay Area, near Salinas in Monterey County, around Oroville Dam north of Sacramento, forested areas west of Silicon Valley, in remote Mendocino County and near the Nevada state line north of Lake Tahoe.

Several also were burning in northern coastline areas and in Southern California.

Gov. Gavin Newsom ordered a statewide state of emergency Tuesday.

The cluster of wine country fires threaten an area that only last year grappled with another massive blaze that forced 200,000 to flee — a task made more complicated this year because of the pandemic.

Tuesday afternoon, the fire was moving toward an area called Atlas Peak that burned in 2017 in a blaze that killed six people and destroyed nearly 800 buildings. The California Highway Patrol said helicopter crews were unable to do rescues in the area because the smoke was too thick to fly in.

Robin Sisemore hosed down vegetation in front of her mother’s adjacent house. Both homes were new, replacing ones that burned just three years ago.

To the south, evacuations were ordered for all of Boulder Creek to the west of Silicon Valley, a community of 5,000 high in the Santa Cruz mountains where windy, long, forested roads, some paved, some dirt, can easily become blocked during storms or fires.

As to what now criminally indicted former FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith “could have done differently”, this report concludes, the best advice would have been for him to simply abide by the FBI oath he swore to saying: “I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God”—and if abided by, would have prevented Clinesmith from becoming part of a coup plot so absurd entire bestselling books like “The Russia Hoax: The Illicit Scheme to Clear Hillary Clinton and Frame Donald Trump”, “Witch Hunt: The Story of the Greatest Mass Delusion in American Political History” and “Deep State Target: How I Got Caught in the Crosshairs of the Plot to Bring Down President Trump”—all three of which are roadmaps being followed by US Attorney John Durham, as best evidenced by the latter book having been written by former Trump Campaign associate George Papadopoulos, who last November-2019 warned everyone listening that Clinesmith would be “the first domino” to fall—but who most certainly won’t be the last, and as confirmed by President Trump, who immediately after Clinesmith agreed to plead guilty and cooperate with US Attorney Durham yesterday, ominously told the American people: “THAT’S JUST THE BEGINNING”.

So once again, we don hazmat suits and enter the mad, mad world of basic COVID lies. For purposes of argument only, we assume a new coronavirus was actually discovered, the diagnostic test is meaningful, and case numbers are also meaningful.
Within that mad world, the amount of fraud is still immense.
As I’ve documented, all sorts of case-number cons are running loose. Little, medium, and large cons. Entering “COVID” on all test results from labs. Oops. Computer error. The PCR test itself spits out false-positives because it lights up like a Christmas tree when it encounters various irrelevant germs. And so forth and so on.
But here is a superhighway version of fake number counting. By definition. Written in stone. Institutionalized. From the twinkle-toe mavens at the CDC, home of numbers, house of cards. Read on.
The revelatory reference is: Children’s Health Defense, July 24, “If COVID Fatalities Were 90.2% Lower, How Would You Feel About Schools Reopening?” By H. Ealy, M. McEvoy, M. Sava, S. Gupta, D. Chong, D. White, J. Nowicki, P. Anderson.
“Had the CDC used its industry standard, Medical Examiners’ and Coroners’ Handbook on Death Registration and Fetal Death Reporting Revision 2003, as it has for all other causes of death for the last 17 years, the COVID-19 fatality count would be approximately 90.2% lower than it currently is.”
The article is somewhat complex. It should be studied carefully. Here is my main takeaway:
The special CDC guidelines for labeling patients “COVID” are absurd. These rules open the door to falsely inflating case and death numbers. This is more than fiddling with statistics. It’s an institutional and official invitation to create fake cases. Gigantic numbers of them.
The Children’s Health Defense article presents the April 2020 CDC guidelines for diagnosing COVID. There are five sets of criteria presented. Grit your teeth and study this CDC web of deceit:

Confirmed:
* Meets confirmatory laboratory evidence.
Probable:
* Meets clinical criteria AND epidemiologic evidence with no confirmatory laboratory testing performed for COVID-19.

* Meets presumptive laboratory evidence AND either clinical criteria OR epidemiologic evidence.

* Meets vital records criteria with no confirmatory laboratory testing performed for COVID19.

If you waded through that CDC ball of fraud, you see how easy it is to work a deception in COVID case-counting and death-number counting.
For example: chills and fever, or cough, are sufficient to label a patient a probable case of “COVID, if he was also in contact with a “risk cohort,” as defined by public health authorities.
This means an elderly person living in a nursing home—the whole home would be a “risk cohort”—who coughs, or who has chills and fever, could be diagnosed, with no test, as a probable case of COVID.
The reason for the hoax is obvious. Medical dictators must squeeze out every possible number they can, by any means, to justify their rampant economic and, thus, human destruction.
The lockdowns and shutdowns have nothing to do with disease.
Also—case numbers sell vaccines, and selling vaccines is the CDC’s main business activity.

The Pentagon Has Reportedly Found ‘Off-World Vehicles Not Made on This Earth’

In March, astrophysicist Eric W. Davis, who spent years working as a consultant for the Pentagon UFO program and is now a defense contractor, gave a classified briefing to the Defense Department on what he called “off-world vehicles not made on this earth.” In other words, spaceships.

The bombshell quote came in the latest UFO report from the New York Times, which has owned the beat for the past several years. In December 2017, the paper reported on the existence of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, a Pentagon effort to investigate UFOs, that was supposedly shuttered in 2012. That article, hailed as a “historical inflection point in our attitudes regarding UFOs,” implied the same message that the most recent one does: Basically, “flying saucers are real.”

This week’s Times report says that while the program to study mysterious aerial vehicles was renamed and moved to a different part of the Pentagon, the effort remains active. And Luis Elizondo, the ex-director of the predecessor program, told the Times that the new program is moving toward an era of “transparency.”

Dr. Harvey Risch, an epidemiology professor at Yale School of Public Health, said on Tuesday that he thinks hydroxychloroquine could save 75,000 to 100,000 lives if the drug is widely used to treat coronavirus.

“There are many doctors that I’ve gotten hostile remarks about saying that all the evidence is bad for it and, in fact, that is not true at all,” Risch told “Ingraham Angle,” adding that he believes the drug can be used as a “prophylactic” for front-line workers, as other countries like India have done.

Risch lamented that a “propaganda war” is being waged against the use of the drug for political purposes, not based on “medical facts.”

Sunday on CBS’s “Face the Nation,” Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) argued Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) was using the coronavirus relief bills for “shoveling money to her friends.”

Partial transcript as follows:

MARGARET BRENNAN: I do want to ask you about the business at hand, which, as we know from the White House and from Leader McConnell’s office, is this bill they plan to introduce tomorrow to provide another round of aid. You opposed it earlier this week. Are you on board now?

CRUZ: I- I am not. We have right now two simultaneous national crises. We have a global pandemic. It is serious. It is taking the lives of over 600,000 people. We need to do significantly more to fight the disease. At the same time, we have an absolute economic catastrophe. We have over 44 million Americans have lost their job, and we have got to get America back to work. Unfortunately, I just listened to your interview with Speaker Pelosi, her objectives are focused on neither of those. Her objectives are shoveling cash at the problem and shutting America down. And in particular, you look at the three trillion dollar bill she’s trying to push. It’s just shoveling money to her friends and not actually solving the problem. Our objective should be Americans want to get back to work. They want to be able to provide for their family.

BRENNAN: Right.

CRUZ: They want to be- be- be hopeful for the future. And- and unfortunately, MARGARET, I think we’re seeing Democrats. We’re seeing Democratic governors. We’re seeing Democratic mayors who–

BRENNAN: But what specifically- but what specifically because in terms of the unemployment benefits, do you object to providing any kind or any amount of federal boosts to unemployment at this point? Because not everyone is choosing to be out of work.

CRUZ: The policy that Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats are pushing adds an additional $600 a week of federal money to unemployment. We have the unemployment system, the system we have had–

BRENNAN: Right, and McConnell and wants to take it down to 70% of prior wages.

CRUZ: Except, the problem is, for 68% of people receiving it right now, they are being paid more on unemployment than they made in their job. And I’ll tell you, I’ve spoken to small business owners all over the state of Texas who are trying to reopen and they’re calling their- their waiters and waitresses,–

BRENNAN: Yeah.

CRUZ: –they’re calling their busboys, and they won’t come back. And, of course, they won’t come back because the federal government is paying them, in some instances, twice as much money to stay home as–

BRENNAN: But you’re open to a lesser amount?

CRUZ: I, look, I- what we ought to focus on, instead of just shoveling trillions out the door, we ought to be passing a recovery bill. Now, what’s a recovery bill? A recovery bill would be lifting the taxes and the regulations that are hammering small businesses so that people can go back to work. A recovery bill–

BRENNAN: Right.

CRUZ: –would suspend the payroll tax, which would give it a- a pay raise to everyone in America who’s working. That actually gets people back to work.

BRENNAN: Well as the treasury secretary said this morning that you could have five, six, seven other bills come in along that include things like a payroll tax but this time, unemployment in particular is something that he said needs to be extended. And- and according to our latest CBS poll, it’s very popular. 74% of Republicans approve more stimulus and added benefits. 92% of Democrats. 82% of independents. So Republicans do have the burden of governing right now.

CRUZ: Absolutely–

BRENNAN: Why aren’t you onboard with this?

CRUZ: I am on board with restarting the economy. What- what Democrats want to do- we’re 100 days out from the presidential elec- election. The only objective Democrats have is to defeat Donald Trump, and they’ve cynically decided the best way to defeat Donald Trump is shut down every business in America, shut down every school in America. You know, Nancy Pelosi talks about working men and women. What she’s proposing is keeping working men and women from working. And, you know, ironically, what she does have in her bill? She has a big tax cut for millionaires and billionaires in blue states.

There is no longer any mystery about Covid 19 or how to treat it.

The Italian Government found out and apparently, numerous other governments worldwide did, too, because they have developed a simple and effective protocol to treat the actual problem.

Here’s what happens.

A man or woman shows up presenting asthma-like symptoms. Everything indicates that they are having respiratory problems. The doctors rush them in and give them oxygen. If simple oxygen doesn’t work, they put them on ventilators.

But what is actually happening is that an agent, a bacterium, is causing micro-blood clots. The tiny blood clots are impairing the ability of blood to carry oxygen and that is what is causing the asthma-like symptoms.

It has nothing to do with any coronavirus at all.

And it doesn’t help that the amount of atmospheric oxygen has declined precipitously in recent years, nor does it help that the remaining oxygen is being denatured by high frequency microwave transmissions.

And masks, though they might help a little bit in slowing the spread of the illness, more than make up for it by forcing you to re-breathe more carbon dioxide and providing a more hospitable environment inside the mask for other pathogens.

My advice? Good hygiene practices are always the best answer at all times, but no, don’t wear masks and don’t go crazy. We now know what the actual pathogen is, we know what it does and how it does it, and we know how to treat it with a simple and inexpensive protocol that you can safely exercise at home.

My “living wall” of spider plants remains a wonderful alternative to mechanical air quality machinery and also provides a tremendous amount of free oxygen in the house. Giving these or other leafy house plants a home will repay you with clean air and abundant oxygen in your home environment year-round.

In fact, kids for the most part will do very, very well, in most cases won’t experience any symptoms if infected.  If they do experience any symptoms they tend to be very very mild. So that is something that is heartening when we’re thinking about having our kids return to the classroom.

What Mandatory Vaccination and the 5G Rollout Have In Common

Our country, and world, face unprecedented challenges when it comes to health freedom; one in the form of mandatory medicine and another in the form of universal wireless radiation exposure, involving increasingly complex and synergistically toxic electromagnetic frequencies.

Both agendas are being implemented through the increasingly chimeric partnership of multinational corporations and would-be governmental regulators, both without the full and informed consent of affected populations, and both under the auspices that they are necessary for the greater good.

Both also come with promises that we can not rightfully ignore. First, universal vaccination promises a world without infectious disease, and with theoretical reductions in morbidity and mortality that could ‘save millions of lives.’ This would require vaccination against a near limitless number of ‘germs,’ with a pharmaceutical pipeline of hundreds of vaccines ready to flood the liability-free market, but which largely ignores the discovery of the microbiome’s role in the human holobiont which is comprised mostly of said germs (you can go into greater depth on the topic here).   In a post-COVID world, the fear-mongering around infectitious disease risk has reached a fever pitch, and there are already over 100 COVID vaccines in development, the soonest to be available this fall for what the media and world goverments are already hyping as an anticipated “second wave.”

5G, on the other hand, promises a technological revolution where exponentially expanding wireless transmission speeds would connect billions of devices into an internet-of-things, that would span the world over. This is presented as a huge consumer win (e.g. faster streaming) but ignores other uses for this network which include relentless real-time surveillance of all human behavior and even potential weaponization. The fact that there are zero independent safety studies showing the 5G network’s intended use of milimeter wave frequencies is overlooked, much like the fact that the CDC immunization schedule contains not a single vaccine that has been tested for safety and efficacy in a double-blind, randomized, trial using a true saline placebo; much less the entire schedule, which contains literally thousands of antigens, in a toxicological cocktail of complexity it would be technically near impossible to assess accurately for safety, both for acute and especially chronic adverse outcomes, such as autoimmunity disease, which in the case of the adverse effects of vaccine is far more common than most suspect.

This lack of safety testing, for both vaccines and 5G, is the primary red flag they share in common. The medical ethical principle of informed consent, arrived at only after the horrors of Nazi human experimentation came into full light during the Nuremberg trials, requires that those who undergo exposure to health risks be fully informed of them, and not just the purported benefits. Without access to information of this kind, without which informed consent is not possible, medical and/or the tech industry’s practice and products violate fundamental human rights.

Another commonality is how both technologies require the physical penetration of the body. It’s obvious with vaccination, but less so with “invisible” radiation. Visible or not, the 5G network requires setting up small cell transmission devices every few hundred feet in neighborhoods, essentially bathing communities in unprecedented levels of penetrative radiation, 24-7 — again, without consent.

If there is a single, universal, principle that anyone can relate to as a human on this planet it is that no one has, or should think they have, the right to penetrate your body without consent. This is a clearly established and commonly accepted principle when it comes to sexual transgressions, and physical violence. But there appears to be a glaring carve-out when it comes to mandating vaccination, as well as wireless radiation exposure. If it were not the case that all vaccinations presently approved for use by the FDA and CDC carry within their vaccine inserts warnings that they can cause disability and even death as a side effect, no matter how rare, and that there are thousands of studies establishing biological harm from non-ionizing, non-thermic effects from wireless radiation, people would not be so up in arms. Watch the recently released video on vaccines below to learn more:

The reality is that both the mandatory vaccine and 5G agendas imply that affected populations have already consented to a calculus of risks and benefits that requires the sacrifice of some aspect of one’s health, or some subset of the population, for what is billed “the greater good.” In the case of technologies, and/or vaccine mandates, that are being rolled out nationally and globally, without adequate transparency of information and debate, inaction is also a choice. This is why I encourage our readers to use the following platforms to raise awareness and take action: Stand for Health Freedom, Children’s Health Defense and the National Vaccine Information Center

Health freedom is not a given. In places where it is codified in law or in the constitutions of states or nations, it was hard won, often requring profound courage and even bloodshed. Once undone it becomes exceedingly difficult, if not at times impossible, to become reinstated. Please don’t let it happen. Stand up for your rights, take action, and please share our work with others.

Trump Celebrates American Freedom, Denounces Cancel Culture on Eve of Independence Day

President calls on Americans to ‘defend the integrity of our country’

In a speech at Mount Rushmore on the eve of July 4, President Donald Trump celebrated America’s heritage and echoed the values, ideals, and freedoms enshrined in the Declaration of Independence, while calling on patriots to stand up to “cancel culture” and what he called “a new far-left fascism.”

Standing before a crowd of 7,500, Trump signaled the significance of Mount Rushmore, which depicts former U.S. Presidents George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln.

“There could be no better place to celebrate America’s independence than beneath this magnificent, incredible, majestic mountain and monument to the greatest Americans who ever lived,” the president said on Friday in his speech, following a military flyover.

Celebratory Fourth of July fireworks were being held over the famed landmark for the first time in 11 years.

Trump celebrated the courage of the Founding Fathers who declared America’s independence on July 4, 1776 and cheered on the “revolution in the pursuit of justice, equality, liberty, and prosperity.”

“Our Founders boldly declared that we are all endowed with the same divine rights given us by our creator in heaven, and that which God has given us we will allow no one ever to take away, ever,” the Republican president said, to applause.

“Yet as we meet here tonight, there is a growing danger that threatens every blessing our ancestors fought so hard for—struggled, they bled to secure,” he continued. “Our nation is witnessing a merciless campaign to wipe out our history, defame our heroes, erase our values, and indoctrinate our children.

“Angry mobs are trying to tear down statues of our Founders, deface our most sacred memorials, and unleash a wave of violent crime in our cities,” he added. “Many of these people have no idea why they are doing this, but some know exactly what they are doing.”

The president announced that federal agents on Thursday arrested the suspected ringleader behind the attack on the statue of Andrew Jackson near the White House back in late June. He also announced an executive order to create a new national park featuring statues of great Americans.

Cancel Culture

A “left-wing cultural revolution” is currently seeking to overthrow Americans’ freedoms, Trump told the crowd, calling out “cancel culture” as being one of the political weapons employed by those who seek a revolution.

Such a culture plays out in the form of “driving people from their jobs, shaming dissenters, and demanding total submission from anyone who disagrees,” Trump said.

“This is the very definition of totalitarianism, and it is completely alien to our culture and to our values, and it has absolutely no place in the United States of America,” the president asserted.

He referred to the force behind this culture as a “new far-left fascism” that “demands absolute allegiance” in schools, newsrooms, and corporate boardrooms across the nation.

“If you do not speak its language, perform its rituals, recite its mantras, and follow its commandments then you will be censored, banished, blacklisted, persecuted, and punished. It’s not going to happen to us,” Trump continued.

Part of the radical assault, Trump pointed out, includes the tearing down of “every statue, symbol, and memory” of America’s heritage.

“The violent mayhem we have seen in the streets and cities that are run by liberal democrats in every case, is the predictable result of years of extreme indoctrination and bias in education, journalism, and other cultural institutions,” Trump contended. “Against every law of society and nature, our children are taught in school to hate their own country and to believe that the men and women who built it were not heroes but villains.”

“The radical view of American history is a web of lies. All perspective is removed. Every virtue is obscured. Every motive is twisted. Every fact is distorted. And every flaw is magnified until the history is purged and the record is disfigured beyond all recognition,” he added.

Trump alleged the radical movement had “defiled” the memory of the U.S. presidents depicted at Mount Rushmore. He sought to celebrate their memory by detailing in his speech the heroic deeds they performed that brought freedom to the country.

“The radical ideology attacking our country advances under the banner of ‘social justice.’ But in truth, it would demolish both justice and society,” Trump said. “It would transform justice into an instrument of division and vengeance, and it would turn our free and inclusive society into a place of repression, domination, and exclusion.”

“They want to silence us, but we will not be silenced,” Trump added.

‘Speak Up Loudly’

The president called on the people of America to stand up to cancel culture to defend American values.

“Americans declare again, as we did 244 years ago—we will not be tyrannized, we will not be demeaned, and we will not be intimidated by bad evil people. It will not happen,” Trump said.

“My fellow Americans, it is time to speak up loudly and strongly and powerfully and defend the integrity of our country,” he told the crowd. “It is time for our politicians to summon the bravery and determination of our American ancestors.”

“In the face of lies meant to divide us, demoralize us, and diminish us, we will show that the story of America unites us, inspires us, includes us all, and makes everyone free.”

Trump reasserted values he championed previously in earlier speeches—Judeo-Christian principles upon which American values were founded, border security, religious freedom, rights for the unborn child—but this time with an added reference to cancel culture.

“We want free and open debate, not speech codes and cancel culture. We embrace tolerance not prejudice. We support the courageous men and women of law enforcement,” Trump said. “We will never abolish our police or our great Second Amendment which gives us the right to keep and bear arms.”

“We believe that our children should be taught to love their country, honor their history, and respect our great American flag,” the president said, to loud cheers and applause.

“We stand tall, we stand proud, and we only kneel to almighty God,” he added. “This is who we are, this is what we believe, and these are the values that will guide us as we strive to build an even better and greater future.”

The president is expected to attend another Fourth of July celebration on Saturday in Washington, where attendees will witness an extensive U.S. military air show set to begin at 6:30 p.m. Four other cities will also have mini versions of the air power display on the same day.
