COVID-19 Was an Intentionally Released Bioweapon From the Chinese Communist Party

Dr. Lawrence Sellin*, a retired colonel, was interviewed by Frank Gaffney, vice-chair of the Committee on Present Danger: China, at Secure Freedom Radio. “Two things we can say for sure, or I’m confident in saying, is that it was made in a lab, and it was part of a bioweapon program,” Dr. Sellin said, according to his intelligence sources.
Many news outlets, including mainstream media, has shifted from a natural theory of the origin of COVID-19 to a laboratory theory. Now, there is heated debate as to whether it was lab-leaked or intentionally released. In my opinion, there is no doubt that COVID-19 was an intentionally released bioweapon from the CCP.
The CCP has an obvious motive. From the Belt and Road Initiative, 2025 Made in China, 2035, and 2045, it is clear that the CCP wants to replace the US and become the world’s hegemony. A recently revealed military textbook published in 2015, titled The Unnatural Origin of SARS and New Species of Man-Made Viruses as Genetic Bioweapons, has clearly revealed the Chinese military’s plans with regards to bioweapons and described SARSconoraviruses as heralding a “new era of genetic weapons” that could be “artificially manipulated into an emerging pathogenic virus to infect humans, then weaponised and unleashed in a way never seen before.”
Starting in April 2019, more than 6 months before the 7th Military World Games in Wuhan in October 2019, there were at least 14 large-scale emergency drills for chemical and biological incidents all over mainland China (see map for event-time-coordinate) (Ref. 1).
While over 10,000 athletes participated in the Military World Games in Wuhan on October 18, Event 201, a tabletop pandemic preparation exercise sponsored by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation was held in New York. Internationally prominent individuals from global business, government, and public health, including PRC’s CDC director, George Gao, were involved (Ref. 2). In the meantime, an interactive web-based dashboard to track the “pandemic” was developed by 2 Chinese PhD students of Johns Hopkins University, which is the other sponsor of Event 201 (Ref. 3). The developed dash board has been popularly used to track global pandemic information.
Dr. Ai Fen and Li WenLiang, working at the Wuhan Hospital, were the first whistleblowers to reveal the possibility of human-to-human transmission on December 30, 2019. Taiwan’s CDC has also sent a warning to the WHO to raise the possibility of human-to-human transmission of a new coronavirus infection on December 31, 2019. These 2 doctors were warned and silenced after the revelation and Taiwan’s report was ignored.
Subsequently, the CCP continued to cover it up in order for the following events to go as planned: in the US, the signing ceremony of the US-China Phase I Trade Deal on January 15; domestically, a local Ten Thousand Potluck Banquet to celebrate Chinese lunar New Year on January 17 and 18; and the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland on January 21 to 23 (Ref. 5).
In the meantime, the first day of Chinese lunar New Year was January 25, 2020 and usually people start to go back to their home town or go abroad starting a week prior to the New Year. It is estimated that ~11 million railway trips passed through each day (Ref. 4). Retrospectively, Europe’s first case was identified on December 27, 2019, Thailand’s on January 13, 2020, and the US’s (Washington State) on January 21, 2020.
Right before the closing ceremony of the World Economic Forum on January 23, Wuhan announced its ‘lockdown.’ It was estimated that ~5 million people left before lockdown; however, its international travel remained open for 4 days until January 27th. Finally, the WHO declared a global health emergency on January 30.
A publication from Dr. Quay has clearly shown that there were adenovirus-s-protein signatures identified on 5 of the blood samples collected in early December 2019 (Ref. 6), meaning that the CCP has been testing vaccines targeting S-protein on these patients.
In summary, from over a dozen pandemic drills in major cities in China to a desktop pandemic drill in New York City prior to the Wuhan epidemic, this was a well-orchestrated and planned pandemic directed by the CCP using cover-ups to allow the domestic and international spread of the virus to later grow into a global pandemic. This is no conspiracy, and this is no coincidence either.
As Mr. Guo has repeatedly said, people from the West are too naïve to even understand that the CCP is willing to sacrifice its own people in order to become the world hegemony.
